Lovely sunny room in quiet & peaceful Amersham location with a comfortable double bed. Im looking for short let guests who will have the whole house when Im away.

Furnished with a wardrobe & bamboo hanging rail, chest of draws, desk with work chair & lamp, plus a mirror to use as a dressing table if required. There's also a TV & bedside cabinet with a soft glow salt lamp.

All bills, broadband, & council tax included.

There's an airing cupboard & storage space for bedding, towels & larger items, cases etc, just outside the room.
There's a spacious kitchen & lounge/diner. The bathroom has a bath & ionic shower that softens the water.

This is a two story house accessed via stairs. There are green & leafy communal gardens & off road parking front & back. Exercise bike & free weights available for use.

Its 5 mins to bus stops, 15 mins to town through the park & to the tube station. There's beautiful forest & countryside walks/runs very close by & the new Sports Centre with gym, climbing walls, swimming & spa is less than 10 mins walk.

I will be travelling for 4- 6 wks from the beginning of March & plan to be away alot for the first half of the year, so you can enjoy the benefits of a great Amersham location & peaceful, spacious living having the whole house alot of the time.
