Looking for one tenant - Will be renting out 1 of 2 available bedrooms - choice available! Either a large double bedroom (pink walls in photos) or smaller double (grey walls in photos). Only looking for one tenant, but two room options available :)

Modern 4 bed, 3 storey townhouse on Berryfields. I've lived in my home for 8 years now. The house is in good decorative order. There is a bathroom right next to the bedroom which you will have use of (I have a separate ensuite upstairs).

The larger room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a mirror and a triple wardrobe.
The smaller room has a single bed (room for double), wardrobe and mirror.

There's a good sized lounge with dining area, a kitchen, back garden and parking (one space available for new tenant, as well as ample road parking). Kitchen has a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (no tumble dryer).

Not looking for just anyone, as it's my home and I enjoy spending time here! Would like a professional person who is respectful and tidy, and who's good company too. At the moment I'm working from home the majority of the time, and tend to do so in a separate 4th bedroom / office.

The home is within walking distance to Aylesbury Vale Parkway station, and from there you can be in London in just over an hour. There is a Sainsbury's, coffee shop, Domino's, pharmacy, GP surgery and chip shop within a 5 minute walk and Tesco Extra & M&S food a few minutes drive away. Good bus link to the town centre.

Rent includes council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband.
