I am looking for a chilled, clean, responsible and stable tenant. The room is 2.8m x 3.4m and overlooks some of the parking available to you, of which there is plenty. The room is fully furnished and can be adjusted based on your needs (I have beds and desks that can be swapped). The room is right next to the upstairs bathroom, has its own satellite cable and is warm throughout winter.
Smoking is allowed however must be done in the garden but there is plenty of covered space and a summerhouse to facilitate this. Pets are allowed and please feel free to bring them to the interview.
