Professional Housemates looking for a third

We are two housemates (f26) and (m27) seeking a third for our three-bed house share!
We both work long hours. Myself personally I work in outside broadcasting tv, so I travel a lot. I am home 2 weeks at most a month, My housemate works in sports, tv/film security. We are both sociable people outside of work who enjoy cooking, gaming, films/tv, gym/working out, reading. We are are looking for someone to move in and hang out with!

The room is a large single room, you can fit a small double in there if wanted. (Can come furnished). The room can be painted/decorated as wished as long as it's kept in good condition upon departure.

Large lounge/diner with TV and including Tv, Netflix and Amazon Video, Wifi included ( maxitv and m350 virgin internet)

Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, extra fridge, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, microwave etc..

Back garden with furniture, patio, BBQ and open fields to the rear of property (accessible by the rear gate).

Pets are welcome but would need to be discussed prior due to current animals. There is a cat currently living here.

The area of Aylesbury is great for walks, running and bike rides cross country, has a Tescos close by and has two small corner shops even closer for the lazy days!
Train station Aylesbury vale line straight into London.
Easy access to Aylesbury town via bus/walking.

All bills Gas, Electric, Water, broadband, Council tax included.
