Hi Everyone,

My name is Victoria, & I have a super room to rent in my awesome flat with just me. I bought my flat over 9 years ago, it is the top flat, super safe, & comes with private parking. Ideal location, 5 mins walk to Aylesbury town centre, & about 10 min walk to Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

The room is spacious, yet cosy, comes with a big separate bathroom, with shower & bath. The room also comes with a second room, which is a walk in wardrobe, so those who are like me, & love clothes, shoes & handbags ;). The room itself is fully furnished, but more then welcome to bring own furniture, & make it your own.

There is a big, bright, open living room with a great kitchen for those who love to cook, washing machine & dryer, fridge & freezer, central heating, TV with all channels, Netflix's & WIFI all included. My patio doors also open, which is awesome for summer evenings.

It would be just myself & whoever rents the room. I work a lot, so you would have the flat frequently to yourself.
