The single room has a single bed with firm foam mattress, 2 wardrobes with drawers underneath, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelves. The shower room is shared with 1 other resident who is only there part of the week. Kitchen has reserved use bar fridge +2 wall cupboards and open shelves.

The house is large 5bedroom 3 shower/bath roomed house with living room and fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine. There is also a large covered porch. Utilities and broadband are included. There is ample off street parking. Only 3 residents are taken in, HMO licensed for 5. Council tax band C.

Mon to Friday requests are welcome. Reduced rates are available on request.

One month rental as deposit is required & traceable reference from employer or landlord essential..

Currently there are 2 residents, a lady and a gentleman. It is a quiet house, but friendly. There are residents who do night shifts.
