I have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a double sized bed and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is on the second floor of a very quiet is a three double-bed flat 2nd-floor flat.

The block of apartments is gated with a key fob for access. One car parking space and visitor spaces are allocated to the apartment.
Outside the gate, there is unrestricted parking.

There is an integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Looking for a tenant who can get along with the two lovely guys living at the flat and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

The apartment and other residents maintain a quiet lifestyle, so we expect the same from the new residents.
