Part Time Lived in Landlord

Hi. I am a part time live-in landlord who travels extensively for work as international consultant and lawyer. There is off street parking for two cars.

I am only considering short term lets of 3 months as I am between assignments for this room.

The double room is fully furnished and all furniture is new. The new mattress is a medium memory mattress and the new curtains are Blackout Thermal. The room has a view of the front street facing the morning sun.

The kitchen is very spacious and has a new iron cast hop and new convection oven plus a large 50” TV so you can watch your favourite programs whilst you cook. It has a breakfast bar with two stools.

All cutlery and cooking utensils are new along with a dining set for 4 people. I love my spices so you are welcome to use them as long as you replace them when they run out.

The sitting room also has a large 50” TV. Broadband is 100GB with Virgin Media package for watching. All TV’s have chromecast devices for streaming.

There are front and back gardens with David Austin Roses and a Pear and Cherry Tree. The edges at the back garden have a nice variety of flower bulbs. You are welcome to try your green fingers

When I am between assignments my daughter occasionally stays over and she uses the loft conversion.
