Room is very well-proportioned on the middle floor, The middle-floor bathroom is exclusively for the two lodgers to use as top floor room comes with en-suite and any guests will use the downstairs cloakroom. Room comes with a double bed, open wardrobe and storage closet.
The communal areas include a large kitchen/ diner downstairs, a bright lounge and a sociable garden.
