A double room in a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Beaconsfield.

Our house has tons of storage, a large back patio + garden, a dedicated laundry room with a washer and a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, heated floors, a parking space, garage, a huge kitchen and living area.

The room will be available from the 29th of April.
We can be a flexible if you need to move in sooner.

The room will be unfurnished, but we have a bed, desk, and chair for sale if you need.

There are four current roommates. Three mature graduate students and one professional.

Rent is £ 599.55 + bills
Rent is paid every 4 weeks

You’ll be signing a contract for 1 year with the landlord. You'll pay 16 weeks up front (first 4 weeks and last 12 weeks). Additional costs will apply if you want to move in sooner.

We also pay for a a cleaning service to come in every 2 weeks for 2 hours to clean the shared areas.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and respectful.
