The room is furnished and has its own front door access. The room does NOT have a washing machine but we are happy to help with the odd load of washing

We are a family of 4 with two adult children and a dog
Our preference is for a Monday to Friday let but we are happy to consider other arrangements e. g short term full-time lets up to 3 months or full 7-day weeks
