Double Room... Newton Leys Milton Keynes

I am a 28 year old female looking for a lodger for my double spare room in my flat in phase 2 of Newton Leys, Bletchley.

The flat is new, very clean, new carpets, perfect decor, spacious and therefore I would like a female lodger who is like me and very neat and tidy too...

The room available is a double, with double bed, wardrobe, unit, bedside unit and mirror.... Tv ariel socket & small TV with free view also included, and wifi.

Price includes all bills, wifi and use of kitchen. Separate kitchen cupboards and shelfs in the fridge will be provided.

My hours are long and I also stay with my partner a lot so you will get plenty of your own time and space within the flat, therefore I'm looking for someone who will look after the place, keep it clean and safe. :)

I am a professinal/shift worker myself so would like another professional worker. I work shifts so it's expected I will come and go at various hours.

There is also parking right outside & block comes with secure garage for bike/motor bike.

The property is in the new build area of Newton Leys, just off the A5. Close to Bletchley train station and 5 minutes from Central Milton Keynes.

The development is built around a beautiful lake and a perfect setting for running and walks. There is also a daily boot camp run on the development and weekly fish and chip van.

Bus routes also run in and out of the development.
