Room to rent in a friendly home of working professionals in the centre of Buckingham. It is a spacious five bed house with two bathrooms, a spacious lounge, a dining room, large eat in kitchen, and garden.

The rent includes all bills including fibre broadband, utilities, and council tax.

We are seeking friendly working professionals.

The house has a friendly atmosphere. We are seeking considerate and tidy housemates over the age of 25 and in full time employment. It is a clean house and housemates are expected to clean up straight away after themselves when using communal areas. This house share is not suitable for messy people. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm-10am.

Sorry no couples although the occasional overnight guest is welcome.

The deposit is £400 and we require two weeks notice to leave. There is no minimum term as we understand circumstances change at short-notice. Similarly, we want everyone in the household to be happy with where they are living. Preference will be given to those seeking to stay at least six months.
