The room-
The room is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed, with lots of storage space including ottoman bed storage, large chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. The room is much larger than the photos show.
The House-
There are two reception rooms and a Kitchen/Diner down stairs and a bathroom on the first floor. The garden is accessible via the kitchen, there is garden furniture to be used also.
There is an additional bedroom on the 1st floor and a 2nd on the 2nd floor, these will not be accessible.
All Bills are included, including Fast broadband that covers all areas of the house and includes Council tax, Band C.
