A large double bedroom is available in this incredibly spacious flat, sharing with one housemate (me). I am looking for a tidy and considerate professional as a housemate.

The location is very convenient - less than 5 mins walk to the metropolitan line tube station and town centre - but still quiet (muntjac deer often visible through the kitchen window!)

This first-floor flat consists of fully-equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area with balcony, two generously-sized double bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, and a conservatory-style utility area. Contractually, the property is let unfurnished, but I have furnished the communal areas, and there is a bed (with under 1 year old mattress) and a few other items in the available bedroom that are yours if you want them. If you have furniture of your own for communal areas, we will likely be able to make room for it. There are also 3 large built-in cupboards in communal areas, and a pantry in the kitchen, which all adds up to a LOT of storage space.
