Hello, my name is Tom. I own and live in a flat in Chesham (council tax band c). It's a 10 minute walk from Chesham underground and the high street. The room has a double bed with storage underneath, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, and living room with desk and small dining table.
I work from home 3-4 days a week - unfortunately there isn't enough room for another person to work here during the day. The flat is well maintained and tidy, which I'd like to keep. I'm easy-going, enjoy relaxing at home after work, cooking, and exercising. Looking for a like-minded tenant.
