A large double room to let in a spacious flat in Gerrards Cross. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the train station and all local restaurants, cafes, pubs and amenities. There are ample walking spots within the area. The bedroom is located away from main road so is quiet in the evenings. The bedroom has built in wardrobes and may be let furnished or unfurnished. As the landlord, I will be at the property 2 times a week. I am a professional that works in London and will wfh 2 days a week. So I will not be at the flat much. If the tenant uses a significant amount or Gas or Electricity, then this will have to be added on top of the weekly rental advertised.
