We have a modern double bedroom available for rent in a clean and quiet house conveniently located just 1 mile from the city centre (approximately a 20-minute walk). The house is also within 5 minutes of the nearest bus stop and 3 minutes from local amenities such as the Co-Operative, GP, and takeaways.

Additionally, there is a bus route with a 20-minute journey to the train station, providing convenient connections to London.

The room has been freshly renovated and comes furnished with a new mattress, carpet, double bed, wardrobe, desk, and two chests of drawers. Parking space is not available.

We are seeking a professional individual with a full-time job, who is very quiet and clean. No smokers or couples, please. An upfront deposit is required.

Rent is £650 per month, inclusive of bills (electricity, gas, and high-speed broadband).

Please note that we do not permit any visitors.
