Tathall End Farm Annex

Tathall End farm in a 17th century farm house and is steeped in history dating back to Oliver Cromwell times, who quite possibly passed through here with the Round Heads. The apartment can be occupied on a day to day basis or for longer lets depending on requirements. It is perfectly situated for Hanslope Park Government Buildings which is within walking distance from the Farm House. Wolverton is a 5 minute drive away and Milton Keynes 15 minutes. Although there is no traditional cooker in the apartment there is a micro/oven/grill and also an induction hot plate. There is a fridge and of course a kitchen sink but no washing machine. There is a laundrette in Wolverton. Cutlery and crockery are provided along with the essentials such as washing up liquid and towels, toliet paper, soap etc. There is an iron and ironing board. There are lots of windows with high vaulted ceilings so the apartment is bright and airy. There is also a hair dryer. There is a TV in the bedroom and the bed linen is changed over the weekend. We are a family and live on the ground and first floor of the property whilst the attic (second floor) has been converted into a self contained loft apartment and is kept soley for guests. Although it shares it's main entrance with the rest of the house inside there are two seperate staircases (steep) which lead directly up to the attic giving it an element of privacy. You will need a car as the only place that's really walking distance is Hanslope park and the Village of Hanslope which is about a mile away. There are some lovely walks in the area. Silverstone race circuit is half an hour drive away whilst Milton Keynes is about a 15 minute drive. We are very close to the M1 between junction 14 and 15. There is parking for two cars.
