Modern flat , sky and broadband, fully furnished with dishwasher/washing machine. Bills are not included but are split equally between all 3 of us. Monthly bills are around £90 each p/m. Electric/heating is quarterly.
The room shares a bathroom with 1 other person. The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living room and a medium sized balcony. There’s also a large patio area at the entrance to the flat.
The flat is located above a Kwik fit garage so plenty of parking on the forecourt.
Walking distance to local shops and a lovely pub very near by. There’s also a beautiful park within walking distance.
After a new housemate who is respectful of the place they live and the people they live with. Keeping shared areas clean and tidy and just general respect towards others (especially due to early mornings or late finishes from work!)
Myself, I enjoy being social with my housemates but I also enjoy my alone time too. I’m very chilled and friendly! More than happy for housemates to have visitors/over night guests (obviously within reason!) Smoking is fine too as long as it’s done outside.
