One double room available to rent

Hi, I have one bedroom available to rent out for couple. It has plenty of space with two big wardrobes available. The room has separate entrance to the kitchen and you will have your own toilet but will share the shower. The kitchen is most of times free and with plenty of space and a whole designated refrigerator is for you only in the kitchen. The landlord has his own entrance from the garden and he doesn’t use the shower at all. The other person living is a bus driver who mostly is at work and you will see him very less. This property has a very big garden and plenty of free parking. Kitchen is just recently renovated.
