Double Room Available – £800 inc. bills (Loughton)

I have a double room available in my 3-bed house in Loughton.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen/dining space, new last year with all new alliances - induction hob, double oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s a good-sized living room, a conservatory that I use for growing plants and a study, which you’d be very welcome to use too. You’d have full use of the whole house, not just a bedroom.

The bedroom is a comfortable double room with space for all the usual furniture.

It’s in a really convenient spot, about a 25-minute walk or under 3 minutes’ drive to the station, so it works well for commuting into London.

I’m 35 and work as a nurse in London. I’m laidback, tidy, and easy to live with (I think!). I enjoy being active, gardening, baking, and socialising and I’m looking for someone similar who’s respectful and easy-going.

The room is £800 per month, including all bills and a cleaner.
Pets could be considered if they’re well trained (bonus points if they’re cute).
