Short 5 mins walk to local shops and train station (Paddington) 10 mins walk to river and Marlow town centre, 2 mins walk to Globe Business Park and a number of gyms & chiropractor/massage therapists etc. Excellent access to A404 and motorways M4 & M40.

Ideally looking for a female resident, who is friendly, respectful, clean & tidy. Will consider full live in lodger or a Mon-Fri let. I am a friendly sociable lady, but also like my own space too. So equally respectful of my guests privacy.
