Double bedroom for rent avaliable for single occupancy only. Beautiful cozy flat with stunning views and great location. The Room comes with a wardrobe and a small double bed with drawer storage as pictured. The Living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom will all be shared spaces, and fully furnished. I will be the only other tenant. No smoking within the building but on the balcony is fine. Large fridge freezer, gas hob, small dishwasher and washer dryer unit in the kitchen. No allocated parking spot but plenty of on street parking nearby. Train station 15 min walk away, bus stop opposite and a 24 hour petrol station and shop next door. All bills included. Only considering women at this time. Unfortunately cannot accept pets.
