6 month Full House or single occupany

6 Month temporary letting due to working abroad, start date can be flexible if you require to move in while we are still occupying. House is opposite Campbell park and 5 minute walk to SnoZONE, Theatre District. Bus stop directly behind house to Train Station. NO DOGS OR CATS allowed. Other animals can be discussed.

2 options of Occupancy.

1. £900 per calendar month for the Full house (Bills included) with access to all areas of the house except 1x bedroom which we will lock and keep our belongings in while away for 6 months.

Town house, 3 floors, top floor has double with ensuite and balcony. First floor has large double room, family bathroom and mezzanine study. Ground floor has Living room/dinning room and kitchen, Private garden at rear. 2x Private undercover parking spaces.

Furnished with beds, wardrobes, sofa and other items.

Second option (not our preferred option) is Single Occupancy:

2. £800 per calendar month for the large double room with built in wardrobe on first floor, possible use of second bedroom (not the ensuite) on the top floor. If ensuite room wanted price would be £700 per calendar month.

Single occupancy option still has the house alone and all bills are included (gas, water, electric, internet, council tax). Only factor would be we may return on a very rare occasion to stay on a weekend if visiting family in MK.

Short drive to M1 J14 or 20 min walk to station or bus stop outside house to station.

WiFi, washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.
