This lovely home is set in a peaceful village location and is a 15 min drive from MILTON KEYNES and a 20 min drive from BUCKINGHAM.

The WHOLE TOP FLOOR of our part of this Regency manor house is laid out like a small flat and is available for rent for MID WEEK accommodation only.

It is ideal for those working locally who have their own homes to go to at weekends but would rather not commute or stay in an hotel Monday to Friday .

We are looking for professionals who tick the fairly quiet, fairly tidy and fairly considerate boxes!

The house itself is split into four private dwellings and we are fortunate to have the sunny south facing part.

We live in the house and use the ground and first floors. We share with our two Bengal cats who rarely venture up to the “flat” on the top (2nd) floor .

We keep ourselves to ourselves but are at hand and happy to help if any problems.

IN ADDITION to the two bedrooms there is:

*an open plan, south facing LIVING ROOM with tv / dvd player and...

* a simple, basic but fairly well kitted out KITCHEN ( fridge, freezer, microwave, two ring hob, toaster kettle etc ) with restricted access to your own...

*...sunny, south facing roof terrace with fabulous fresh air and views.

* desk/STUDY area with WIFI

*The rooms are professionally cleaned weekly. Towels and bedding are supplied and changed when required.

*all bills are included.

AND ALSO:

*There is private, secure off street parking (you do need a car here)

*There are several pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages and of course Milton Keynes itself.

*all the amenities of Milton Keynes, shops, cinemas, theatre, gyms, snow dome etc etc - it has everything close to hand.

*the nearest local shopping centre is at Westcroft, 5 mins drive away but there is a small Co-Op and Tesco nearby

*you may safely leave some belongings here while you are not here
Ideally 6 months minimum rental but will consider 3 months upwards with £200 refundable deposit.

Please also note that one month’s notice required either way to end term.
