The house is shared with clean, friendly, relaxed, working, professional people.

The property is very clean and all tenants must keep it clean and tidy at all times. The rooms are inspected every 2 months to ensure tenants are being respectful of the property and each other.
This is a non-smoking house with only outside smoking. No pets allowed (sorry!).

It is suitable for a single working professional who is clean, tidy, respectful of the other occupants and cleans up after themselves, leaving all communal areas clean and tidy at all times. Also respecting the other occupants privacy if they do not wish to socialize. But hopefully you will all be friends.

The property is approximately 3 mins walking distance to Central Milton Keynes and is in close proximity to the train station, bus routes, M1 and A5.
