There is a fridge/freezer and dining table with chairs. For entertainment, you will find a wall-mounted TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.  The studio has views over the front of the property.

The en-suite shower room has a shower, toilet, and wash basin.

Parking is at the front of the property.

Inclusive in the rental are all utility bills together with a weekly housekeeping service that cleans the studio and refreshes the bed linen and towels, should you wish.

This would ideally suit a professional who works in the Milton Keynes area and is looking for a Monday to Friday stay although a 7-day weekly stay is acceptable.  The property is just a short drive to Milton Keynes Central Station and a 30-minute walk to Central Milton Keynes.

The monthly rental is £735 and full vat invoices will be provided.   A minimum 2-month stay applies.
