The house is in Tattenhoe, with Tattenhoe Valley Park on the doorstep. The house has a spacious lounge, dining room, conservatory, which is also available for the lodger's use. I also have a reasonably sized garden, perfect for a BBQ in summer.
I am a live in landlord and work from home so looking for a clean and considerate lodger.
The contract is flexible, it is a monthly rolling contract, so is a benefit for anyone not sure how long they need the room for as there is no long tie in.
