One spacious double room to rent in 3 bedroom home

I’m excited to share that I have a cosy double room available (on the ground floor) for rent in my three-bedroom terraced house located in the peaceful Heelands area of MK13.

I’m looking for a like-minded professional who’s seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. This house was refurbished in 2022, so you’ll enjoy modern amenities and a fresh living space.

Convenience is key here. Shops and local amenities are just a short stroll away, making it easy to pick up anything you might need.

You'll have access to a shared living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, oven hob, and a breakfast bar.

There are two bathrooms in the house: one features a bath and shower, while the other has a toilet and sink.

Having an upstairs toilet is perfect for those moments when the downstairs bathroom is occupied.

The atmosphere in the house is calm and peaceful, so I kindly ask that we keep things quiet - no loud music or parties please, as I work from home and appreciate a tranquil environment.

I take pride in keeping the house tidy and would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining that.

If you use something, please make sure to clean up after yourself, as it’s important to keep our shared space comfortable for all of us.

For those who enjoy staying connected, there is Vodafone Pro Gigafast 900 (FTTP) full fibre broadband available in the house.

Visitors are more than welcome, but please check with me beforehand. Just a heads-up:- overnight stays aren’t permitted.

Please note that this is a no-smoking home, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the house and garden. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate pets.

The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wall mirror unit, and a triple cupboard for your belongings.

A parking space is also available.
