Ensuite double room available in 2 bed flat share.

Hi,
I am a current tenant living in a two bed rented flat.
My current flatmate is moving out as she is buying a house.
I am looking for someone to move in the start of January 2026. (Female flatmate preferred).
There is a ensuite double bedroom available. The room is part furnished with bed frame, chest of drawers and it has 2 built-in wardrobes.
Please note you will have to bring your own mattress and anything else you want in the room. The rest of the flat has furniture with a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room and balcony and kitchen is common area.

I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate to share the rent and bills with. Rent split is £760 including bills.
The estate agents that I am renting the flat from will need to do a reference check before anything is signed.

Other than that, I am a friendly person that likes to watch films, go for walks etc. I am happy to keep to myself or have a chat and watch a film together.
