King Room in Large House with Share Communal

Hi! 
I’m a live-in homeowner looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate housemate to share my home with.

The house has just been freshly redecorated, with brand new carpets and new furniture in the bedrooms, so it’s all feeling really fresh and homely. There’s plenty of communal space too; a social lounge with a TV, and a large kitchen-diner and attached sun room with sofas which is perfect for a morning coffee.

I’m hoping to create a friendly and social home, rather than a house where everyone hides in their room. I’d love to live with someone who gets use out of the house as well, and generally treats the place as a shared home rather than just a room rental. That said, everyone respects each other’s space, and quiet time is always fine too.

This would suit a young professional or post-grad who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going, and who’s looking for a calm, welcoming place to live rather than a party house. I’m really keen to find someone I’ll genuinely get along with, so it feels more like living with a friend than a stranger, and to keep the house feeling comfortable, safe and respectful for everyone.
