Five night per week lodgings available

Looking for a convenient, comfortable, calm and clean place to stay whilst you work away from home? Come and stay with us during the week in Milton Keynes.

Weekday lodging:

We provide lodgers with a clean and comfortable place to stay with all bills included. Superfast broadband, weekly cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Our guests licence use of the room from Sunday evening to Friday morning each week, as they have permanent homes far away from Milton Keynes but work in our city during the week.

Where it is helpful, we can sometimes accommodate the occasional weekend stay for our 5 night per week lodgers - however please note that our home is not suitable to be your primary place of residence.

Rent and contract details:

We prioritise a stable household and look for lodgers who can commit to at least 4 weeks minimum stay.

**If you stay for 12+ weeks then we are able to discount the rent for you.**

Double room = £100pw, discounted to £90pw after 12 weeks stay.

Please note that we expect all lodgers to keep usual 9-5 office hours out of the house and to provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice to quit.
Location:

The house is located in central Bletchley MK2 in a quiet street.

On street parking available with easy access to M1, A5 and A421 road connections.


Close to Bletchley bus station and train station. A few minutes away from central Milton Keynes. We are a very well located for users of public transport.

Supermarkets and high street nearby.
Multiple gyms and swimming pools to choose from.

About the room:

Single person occupancy. Ample storage, a desk, TV and radio and use of a clean shared bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent, including superfast broadband and cleaning. Regular, clean bed linen and towels are provided at no cost for your convenience.

About you:

Considerate, non smoker. Usually lodging <5 nights a week between Sunday 7pm and Friday 9am. Working outside of the house during normal office hours.

About us:

The permanent members of the household are myself, my husband, our two young children and the cat, primarily occupying the top floor of the property with our own bathroom.

~ I am a professional working at the Open University, into arts, crafts, music and laughter.

~ My husband is a secondary school teacher who would like to spend every spare moment listening to classic rock music and watching movies, but in practice spends every spare moment marking student work and planning lessons.
