Front of house

Large furnished room with en-suite bathroom (with bath tub and shower) in lovely house, with separate upstairs lounge for the 2 lodgers to share and designated kitchen separated off from landlords space (which is to the back of the house).

You will be sharing the main kitchen/diner downstairs the other lodger (will be two lodgers in total) and sometimes the landlord&partner (who have their own separate area out back). You’d have a full size fridge freezer to yourself.

Your well-apportioned room is fully furnished with desk, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawers. You have a nice large window overlooking the front green open space and large radiator.

You’d also have use of the kitchen/diner, shared lodger’s lounge, enclosed front garden with rotary clothes line and off road parking. The lodgers lounge has a sofa bed if you have the odd guest.

Lodger will have bills included and usage of the super fast wifi.

House is near the border of Bradville with Bancroft in quiet and affluent corner of Bradville (Mathiesen road). .
