Room available clean comfortable home

Hello, I'm looking for a new lodger to join us in our clean comfortable home. The house is in Bradville, 5 minutes drive from Central Milton Keynes and A5. Central Milton Keynes train station and Wolverton train station each 2 miles away. Bus stops end of the road. Local shops and services. The room is furnished and lockable.
The room has single bed, fitted cupboard /wardrobe, bedside cabinet, 2 chests of drawers and set of shelves. There isn't allocated parking with this room but there is parking available.

We are double glazed, have central heating and Sky f/o unlimited broadband. We have shared lounge, conservatory and kitchen. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridges, freezers, (separate fridge and freezer shared by yourself and one other lodger) electric fan oven and gas hob , cupboard space and kitchen equipment, cups, plates, pots and pans etc. Dining table, if you like to eat at a table, in room by the kitchen. Bath room with bath, shower and toilet upstairs and toilet down stairs. South facing rear garden with garden furniture also front garden. We have a garage, you could store a bike in there, not a car.
The set-up is 2 bedrooms upstairs for lodgers, I have a bedroom downstairs and there is also a spare room /dining room downstairs.
Smoking is permitted outside. I am a live in landlady so I clean the house and do the gardening, although I will expect you to tidy up after yourself.
I am fairly easy going, just expect people to be considerate of one another. Fairly quiet household generally. If you need to get up for work in the morning before 6am or come home from work after 11pm I will not be able to accommodate you as this disturbs others sleeping in the house. Going out is different obviously ☺️. My preference would be for someone looking for long-term, my other guest has been here for years now. But, obviously I am open to shorter stays.
