We are looking for a working professional female who enjoys a healthy lifestyle to lodge in our lovely home in Broughton, Milton Keynes.

Furnished Large, bright, double room with high quality single bed and sole use of own Bathroom.

Safe, genuine and clean. Freshly decorated double room - new single bed, smartly fitted wardrobes, drawers, full length mirror and elegant dressing table. All new fresh bedding and kept clean.

Wireless broadband and bills included in monthly rental payment, BT Fibre in place.

Own bathroom - bath, shower, basin, wall cabinet, WC, part tiled wall and floor. (Solely dedicated to the occupant who takes the room). 3 Bathrooms in the house.

Be part of a lovely sized, well kept 4 bedroom house. A welcoming, warm, happy and very clean household for the right person. Weekly cleaner, 2 indoor Burmese clean cats. (They will not trouble you but very friendly). We have a 12 year old son who is quiet and spends time in his room or out with his family (ourselves or grandparents).

Full use of modern kitchen (inc washer/dryer) lounge, dining area and lovely ivy walled garden (plus trampoline if desired). Parking in front of house and use of spare room (if required) for storage of a few additional boxes. Bedding and cleaner included.

Easy access to the centre MK and MK Train Station, approximately 5 min drive. Close to both junctions 13 and 14 of M1.

Happy to commit to a couple of days per week at a reduced price for business commuters.

Walks to the local pub in Milton Keynes Village and safe walks around Willen Lake.

Deposit and references will be required. We are both full time working professional to share our lovely home with a like minded professional who goes out to work during the day.
