Friendly houseshare in a pleasant house between Fenny/Bletchley. Kitchen/ diner with washer dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and patio doors to the garden. Tiled bathroom with bath and shower. Unlimited wireless broadband and digital TV throughout the property. There is also a spare room currently not used but ideal for a sitting room. Huge garden with lawn for enjoying the sun and a paved area for BBQs - and sheds and loft for storing stuff.
Your double room has an oak-style Ikea double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and big wardrobe.
Quiet residential area, convenient for Bletchley town centre or Milton Keynes and only about 10 mins walk from either Bletchley or Fenny Stratford stations.
Current housemates are a couple in their 30s, (a guy who has his own tiling business and a female nurse, both english) sociable and easy-going, looking for similar couple who are not too noisy and will enjoy some good company and an occasional BBQ in the garden. (Note - Clare has a rabbit which lives free in the garden, so this houseshare is not suitable for someone who would like to bring a dog.)

The rent is £560 per calendar month or £130/week if you prefer to pay weekly, and absolutely all bills are included - council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV, wireless broadband - so great value at this price.
Smoking OK in garden.
References and deposit required (usually 1 month). The only fees are £45 for referencing before moving in and a final fee of £60 at the end of the tenancy. Short term lets possible at +10%, plus £95 reletting fee under 6 months.
