Available for a minimum stay of 3 month, maximum on-going, kitchen, living room, and lounge/diner conservatory access.

There are two lounge areas both with TVs,, and a Garden. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

Looking for a preferably professional and reliable tenant.

Lots of amenities and shops nearby. Close to Cranfield, Kingston, M1, walking distance from bus stop which takes you to the center and the train station.

Generally the space is a very nice and calm house with lots of space downstairs which I am happy to share with the tenants providing we all keep it nice and clean.

I'm not keen to have overnight guests so if you think you will want to bring someone over regularly then this place won't be right for you. Occasional visitors are acceptable.

I myself, generally just keep myself to myself, I work full time in an office, go to the gym, play tennis etc... just looking for a housemate who wants their own space which this bedroom has.
