This is a friendly house with 3 house mates in their 20s all professionals who enjoy sports and are very sociable, there are 2 washing machines and a shared kitchen, living room with sky, log burner & a conservatory we use as a dining room and social area.
We are at the end of a no through road so quiet, no traffic noise, also near a lovely wood great for walks, central Milton Keynes & train station 5mins drive away.
Parking for numerous cars, 2 gardens which are lovely in the summer, plus 24hr recordable CCTV and ring video doorbell.
We travel quiet a lot so are hardly there, we have 2 friendly dogs whom mostly come with us.
We are looking for sociable, clean & tidy professionals who will fit in with the tenants already here.
The bedroom 1 is a double with built in wardrobes bedside cabinets and bed, currently has a couple living there so TV and bedding not included they are moving out late Jan .
There is a shared bathroom and also another toilet downstairs.
Rent is £500 per calendar month for 1 person, £550 if a couple, rent includes fiber optic internet and all utilities plus £300 refundable deposit .
Bedroom 1 & 2 will be ready for 1st Feb 2019.
To summarise it is a warm, friendly house with everything to make you feel at home.
