Double room Professional - Newport Pagnell

Looking for a considerate lodger to stay in my spare room. I live in the market town of Newport Pagnell: 12 minutes to Central MK & Shopping Centre, 15 minutes drive to MK train station, 5 minutes away from the MI, Jct 14 and right next to the east side of Milton Keynes and near the OU.

My house is a 4-bedroom semi detached property with driveway parking available on a quiet street. The Close is peaceful and is a nice retreat after a busy day at work. There are green spaces less than 5 minutes walk away, a Co-op store 5 minutes walk away and a local Sports bar with a wide variety of restaurants and pubs in the local market town.

The room is bright and airy, fully furnished with a brand new double bed and brand new duvet and bedding if required, with 1 bedside locker. Option for a chest of drawers and/or desk with chair, whichever suits. The room can be personalised to suit your needs. There is central heating and a full length double built in mirror wardrobe.

There is a shared bathroom which has been refitted to high modern standards and a separate wc downstairs.

My kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage. The rental includes full use of my comfortable living room, dining room and the option to use part of an office/relaxing sitting room/TV/music room upstairs. I'm willing to consider giving you the most access to this area if it would be of interest.

There is a utility area with separate washing machine and clothes dryer facilities. Laundry can be dried in the garage / garden too. The garden can be accessed via the house and garage. Use of the Wifi and Sky TV package & sports with subscriptions also included.

I work and tend to be out of the house from around 8am to 6pm on most week days. Evenings during the week tend to be reasonably quiet, with friends & sister coming to visit occasionally.

My ideal lodger would be a clean and responsible, working professional, who requires the space from Mondays to Fridays but weekends can be negotiated. I might be able to be flexible so if you have any questions, do get in touch.
