Housemate required for double bedroom

I live in a 2 bed house in Newport Pagnell and my current housemate is due to be moving out so looking for someone new to take their place.
Double room, spacious built in wardrobe with 1 shared bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. The cost includes rent, Internet, water, electricy and gas. The deposit is £500 which is refunded at the end of the tenancy.

The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house will be furnished.

I live in a quiet and well desired area with lovely neighbours. Have a south-facing garden so get plenty of sun. There is 1 parking space outside the property and space for another in the cul-de-sac. I also have a small cat but she is low maintenance and is out most of the time.

I am a paramedic so work days and nights so come in at odd times so need someone who is understanding of that. Would love to make a friend out of my new housemate so desire a similar age group but no preference on gender. Please message if you are interested in a viewing!
