Single Room:
The room has a single bed, bedside table and a clothes rail and access to a large shared bathroom.

Double Room:
The room has a double bed, bedside table and a clothes rail and access to a large shared bathroom.

The house has a large open plan living area and kitchen and a large garden.

The house is located in Newport Pagnell, 10 mins walk from the High Street. There is a bus stop right outside the house with direct routes to CMK and the station. It is also only 10 minutes by car to Wolverton train station, CMK and J14 of the M1.

There is plenty of space for parking on the road directly outside the house.

I live in the house with my 15 year old daughter who is with me half the time, and my partner and we are looking for 2 x friendly, respectful housemates. I take great care keeping my house looking as nice as possible, so it is important that any tenants look after it and are clean and tidy people.

The environment is also very important to me, so any housemates would have to be happy to recycle as much as possible. If this isn't something you are happy to do, please do not message :)

I would prefer non smokers, but have no problem with people smoking outside the house.

The room is available for short-term rental and Mon-Fri professional rental.
