Located in a well-connected residential area, our lovely one-bedroom garden annexe gives you your own private, comfortable space to live. It sits at the end of our garden but is fully self-contained, so you’ll have your own independent space and own garden, while our family lives in the house.

The annexe has a bright open-plan living area, with the kitchen and lounge combined into one comfortable space. There’s a separate double bedroom and a bathroom.

Access to the annexe is through the garden, and there’s off-street parking available on our shared driveway.

It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, sofa bed, and all white goods, so it’s ready to move straight into.

The annexe has high-speed internet, and all bills are included apart from electricity, which is charged based on usage. We’re happy to share rough past costs so you know what to expect.

The location is really convenient, with a local shop and garage just a 5-minute walk away, and the high street, pubs and riverside park around a 15-minute walk. There’s also easy access to public transport and the M1.
