We are a small development of barn conversions on the edge of Milton Keynes and have operated as serviced apartments for the past ten years. Our demograph has typically been business consultants working on contract in Milton Keynes, staying with us Monday-Friday only.
During the current period we are offering the accommodation on either
(a) a Monday-Friday let, at £210/week that includes a weekly service and linen change each Monday before arrival.
OR
(b) short-term (ie maximum 4 weeks) 7 days/week at £250/week.
There is a separate BT line for wifi to the four studios, all bills are included and there is parking outside each studio.
Each studio has it’s own access, ensuite facilities and kitchenette (includes larder fridge, sink and microwave, with Dualit appliances and a Nespresso maker. (nb: The studios do not have an oven or washing machine).
There is a king size bed, leather sofa and working desk/table in each studio.
As we operate other small businesses on site, these lets would likely suit either a working person on contract for a number of months in the Milton Keynes area, who goes home to a primary residence each weekend OR a single person requiring a short, 1-4 week stay.
Studios available post-Easter.
