This is a well appointed two bedroom house on the beautiful Princes Risborough Golf Course. The house is perfect for two people sharing. It has a double and a single room upstairs. Downstairs it has a lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Our preference is that whoever occupies the house will do a small amount of work at the club either bar work, waitressing, or whatever other skills you have to offer. We are anticipating that you will work for circa 8 hours a week ..for the club.
The package is therefore £1000 per month for the whole house plus circa 8 hours of work per week per individual; in exchange for staying in the house with all bills and council tax included (gas, electric and water).
The golf club is situated in the beautiful rolling Chiltern hills. It is close to Princes Risborough railway station and a short drive to either High Wycombe or Aylesbury.
