We have a self contained annex available in our lovely home. The kitchen is high spec and perfect for those who like to cook. The bedroom is a double and has a bathroom with bath and over shower. The space is ideal for someone who desires high spec independent living at a lower cost than renting a whole flat and having to pay bills on top! It’s furnished and all bills are included.

The rental cost for single occupiers is £950 or £1100 for couples.

A non refundable administration fee of £95 (per person) is chargeable

Our house is quiet in the week and we are respectful of space but love sharing the odd meal/glass of wine/walk/BBQ. As you are self contained you can choose to be as private or as social as you like with other housemates.

We are looking for someone clean, quiet, positive and respectful. We are hoping to find people that would like to make a home. This room would be perfect for a mature person seeking a quiet life or an academic looking for a quiet space to study. We are in a great location for Open University students/employees.
