Single Room in a Quiet & Friendly House

Hi!

We have a single room to rent in our home in Stony Stratford, only a couple of minutes from the High Street. We bought the house this year (and have used the pictures from the house sale, as you can see!) and are looking for someone to move into our second bedroom.

Bathroom is shared, and there is a second toilet downstairs as well. The living spaces downstairs are all also shared, and we are more than happy for you to make use of the garden and patio area. The room for rent is fully furnished, and there is extra storage if needed in the attic!

We are a professional couple, Bethany (28) and Sam (23), who currently work from home 4 days a week (we have an office upstairs in the attic room so would be out of the way). We really enjoy staying active, and are out as much as our injuries will allow. When we are at home, we enjoy board games, watching tv and staring at our phones for hours!

We are looking for someone who is (fairly) clean and tidy, friendly and relaxed. Happy to discuss options about Mon-Fri let and duration is also flexible.

There are regular buses, approx 15 mins into MK central - bus stop is just a 4 minute walk from house.
