Large double room in lovely Stony Stratford house

MONDAY to FRIDAY double room in lovely Victorian terraced house. Available from late June to the end of July only.

Big bright 12ft x 12ft roon, wooden floors, fireplace etc.

Im a professional guy in a great Victorian terraced house in Stony Stratford.

If you dont know Stony Stratford, its widely regarded as the nicest part of Milton Keynes with its own high street of old shops, pubs, restaurants and plenty of parks and green areas.

The house is in really good clean order with fabulous big rooms, fireplaces, great neutral decor, lovely garden, big kitchen, nice modern bathroom, and a big living room. It is on a quiet, small street with parking.

The room itself is a good sized double (12ft x 12ft), big, bright, nicely decorated, with original wooden floorboards, a big fireplace and very bright large windows. There is a bed, desk and chair, small chest of drawers and clothes rail. These can be kept or removed depending on what you bring with you. The same applies to the bed.

I am looking for someone who would be interested in staying in the week as opposed to at the weekends. ie MONDAY to FRIDAY. So you may be working in MK or have a base elsewhere etc.

The cost is 350 per month and that includes ALL council tax, bills and utilities and the internet etc. So you wont pay a penny more than that on anything.

The room is available from early July. Three months minimum commitment.

A deposit of £250 is required.

As for me, well Im a busy fun loving professional chap. I work in London for a charity and Im out and about in London quite alot visiting my girlfriend etc. I play in a band and Im also out practising and gigging with that too. In other words Im friendly and the place is lovely, but Im not around alot.

Im pretty open minded about who moves in but if youre a UKIP/Daily Mail lover then we arent likely to get on. Also its a nice place and I want to keep it that way so you'll need to be reasonably tidy and clean.

I have no prejudices or preferences about race, sex, age or anything like that at all. As long as youre fun, friendly, pay your way, keep the place clean, have somewhere else to go to most weekends and have a wine or cuppa with me every now and then then thats the important thing.

The room is available from the start of July onwards.
