Double room in rural cottage

I have the spare room available in my home. It’s a sweet west facing double room, that gets all the afternoon sunshine.
Whilst it’s currently unfurnished, I can furnish it if preferred.

It’s a small end of terrace cottage, that I’m slowly renovating. The kitchen and living room are complete, but not yet the bathroom.
The garden is fairly big, and so anybody green fingered will be very welcome!

I do have a young dog, he is brilliant! A small black labradoodle. Completely house trained, and of good nature, but he is still a big puppy! Anybody who moves in, must be happy living with a dog.

I spend several nights through the week at my partners (the dog comes too), so the person who moves in will have the house to themselves a fair bit. My partner stays at the house over the weekend, so a housemate looking for weekdays would be preferred, but happy to be flexible on this for the right person.

Upton is a quiet rural community, as such I’m looking for somebody easy going, who will fit in easily.
