Tenancy is for single occupation only (working professionals). Smoking not allowed inside the house.

I have a very bright, large double room furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe (plenty of storage). £700

The second room is a decent size. It's also been furnished with a double bed, a good-sized wardrobe, a comfy armchair, and a bedside table. £650

The property features a shared kitchen with all the essential appliances, a brand new washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
I'm more than welcome to share that cozy living room, which comes with a 65-inch TV and Sky ultra-fast fiber broadband.
You will need to share the bathroom with one other tenant and me. Also, there is one guaranteed parking space on my driveway.
The house has a lovely garden, so hopefully, we will have enough time for a BBQ. 😊
